“Hong Kong Great November Feast” presents wider culinary selection to help industry promotion and encourage local consumption
Expect a bigger “Hong Kong Great November Feast” this year with mouth-watering, limited-time tasting menus and offers galore! Organised by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB), the annual epicurean affair will feature a wider variety of dining establishments located all over the city, ranging from street food joints to trendy eateries and Michelin-starred restaurants. While providing a promotional platform for the dining industry, the campaign is hoped to engage the locals and encourage local consumption. HKTB Chairman Dr YK Pang said: “The HKTB would like to thank all participating merchants and dining establishments for supporting ‘Hong Kong Great November Feast’. The dining industry plays an important role in Hong Kong tourism. Under the recent social circumstances, I believe our partners from the dining industry are looking for opportunities to promote their businesses. We are therefore stepping up promotion of ‘Hong Kong Great November Feast’ this year to the locals. Besides inviting restaurants to offer special menus and discounts, we are promoting popular local eateries and wine merchants from the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival. We hope this will encourage more Hong Kong people to dine out and help boost local spending.” This year’s “Hong Kong Great November Feast” is supported by about 600 restaurants and wine merchants across the city. Together with different themed activities, they will provide an exceptional month-long gourmet experience. Highlights include: 1）Exclusive menus and offers at notable restaurantsAround 30 fine-dining restaurants serving different cuisines, including Chinese, Western and Japanese, have developed exclusive tasting menus themed on one of five luxurious ingredients: truffle, oyster, sea urchin, lobster and steak.
